Architect (f/m/d) — design & permit planning
Full or part time · Berlin
You develop designs for residential and commercial projects and guide them through the permit process — in direct exchange with clients, authorities and specialist planners.
Your responsibilities
- Design and permit planning (stages 1–4) for projects of €2–20m construction volume
- Coordination with authorities, specialist planners and clients
- Contribution to competitions and feasibility studies

Site manager (f/m/d) — construction supervision
Full time · Berlin/Brandenburg
You take charge of construction supervision on our projects: quality, schedule and costs on site — backed by our in-house planning team.
Your responsibilities
- Construction supervision (stage 8) including schedule and cost control
- Coordination of trades and on-site quality assurance
- Acceptance procedures, documentation and defect tracking
