Four apartment buildings with 68 units in timber-hybrid construction, KfW-40 energy standard and a shared courtyard. General planning across all work stages including outdoor facilities.

Heritage refurbishment · Potsdam
Refurbishment of a Wilhelminian villa
Heritage-compliant restoration of an 1896 villa: façade and roof repair, energy retrofit within the existing fabric and a careful conversion into four residential units — in close coordination with the heritage authority.

Conversion · Leipzig
Werkhof office building
Conversion of a former machine factory into an office building with ground-floor workshops: new building services, fire safety concept and flexible spaces for 12 tenants while preserving the industrial architecture.
