Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice in time to: Formwerk Architekten & Ingenieure GmbH, Musterstraße 12, 10115 Berlin, email: info@formwerk.example.

Withdrawal is declared by an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter or email). You may use the sample form below; it is not mandatory.

In the event of an effective withdrawal we refund all payments received without delay, at the latest within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal. If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you owe us a reasonable amount for the services already rendered up to the withdrawal.

For services, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have rendered the service in full and only began performance after you gave your express consent and confirmed your knowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses upon full performance.
