Design & permit planning

We turn your requirements into a sound design and guide it safely through the permit process. Briefing, preliminary design, developed design and permit application come from a single source (HOAI work stages 1–4).

Construction documents & tendering

The best idea fails on poor working drawings. We produce construction-ready plans and bills of quantities, obtain bids and prepare the award so that costs and quality remain comparable (HOAI work stages 5–7).

Site supervision

The building site decides whether plans become a good building. Our site supervision monitors execution, schedule and costs, documents progress and manages acceptance and defect rectification (HOAI work stages 8–9).

Refurbishment & building in existing contexts

Existing buildings are resources. We survey the fabric, assess conversion and densification potential and plan refurbishments that reconcile economics, building physics and — where required — heritage protection.

Energy consulting & sustainability

Energy efficiency is both an obligation and an opportunity. We prepare energy code (GEG) compliance documents and refurbishment roadmaps, check funding options (e.g. BEG) and develop energy and material concepts that lower operating costs for good.

BIM planning

We plan model-based (Building Information Modeling): all trades work on a shared 3D model, clashes surface before construction instead of after, and quantities and costs can be derived directly from the model.
